Coral Club is a community of like-minded people who, by choosing the Company’s products, choose positive changes. A healthy lifestyle is the foundation of our community, and Coral Club is a place where you can meet people who share the values of health, beauty, and personal development.

You can join the Club by recommendation — invitation from a Club Member. The recommender is your guide to the products and your gateway to the business opportunities that Coral Club offers to consumers and distributors. If one of your family members (spouses, whether in a registered or unregistered partnership but sharing a household; parents; children; siblings) is already a Club Member, you should indicate them as your recommender.

If you register in the Club independently, without a recommender, use the automatic consultant selection system. Depending on your location, the service will assign a consultant who will help you navigate the product range, support you during comprehensive programs, and answer any questions that may arise when using the products or interacting with the Company. Personal data processing when using the service is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), in particular Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Why join the Club? Club Members receive a permanent 20% discount on all Coral Club products and other brand lines, as well as access to seasonal special offers and promotions, the opportunity to receive cashback, learn for free, and participate in healthy lifestyle events organized by the Company. It is important to understand that by registering with Coral Club, you become a participant in a discount program (as in any store when registering a discount card) and do not become an employee, agent, or legal representative of Coral Club. Participation conditions are governed by the applicable provisions of Italian civil law, including the Codice Civile (in particular, Articles 1321–1469-bis).

In our relations with Club Members, we adhere to the principles of maximum transparency and honesty. Please familiarize yourself with the rules for Club Members and follow them to ensure your experience with the Company is pleasant and comfortable. Commercial practices comply with Italian legislation on unfair competition (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).

Familiarize yourself with the key terms used in Coral Club

Once you register and receive your unique Club number, you will be assigned the status of a Club Member Candidate. For 30 days, you can use the Club discount (-20% off the retail price) when purchasing on the coral.club website or at sales offices. If you do not make a purchase within 30 days, your Club number will be deactivated.

To receive a lifetime discount, place a starter order (purchase of any number of points) and move to the Consumer status.

A Consumer is a Club Member with a unique Club number that allows purchasing Coral Club products at Club prices, receiving bonuses for purchases by recommendation, and for inviting new Club Members. Each Consumer also has a personal referral link that allows you to share your discount with friends in just two clicks. Go to your personal account, copy the link, and send it to your friends. When registering via your link, your friends will also receive a 20% discount on Coral Club purchases, and you will receive cashback from each purchase made through your recommendation. Personal data processing of program participants is carried out in accordance with GDPR (Art. 6(1)(a), 6(1)(b)).

The more you purchase and recommend, the more cashback you receive: upon accumulating 500 points from personal purchases (personal volume) and purchases made through your recommendation (group volume), you will receive increased cashback — 10% of the point value of orders — and a new status of Premium Consumer.

The next level — Director — allows you to receive additional bonuses in the form of 25% cashback on all purchases and an additional 10% to 25% from purchases made by those who joined the Club through your recommendation and indicated you as their recommender.

 

Conditions for registration in Coral Club

1. When registering via a referral link or under the Club number of a recommender/consultant:

1.1. You confirm your intention to join the structure of the recommender/consultant who introduced you to Coral Club and invited you to the Club, or the recommender/consultant assigned by the automatic selection system on the website coral.club.

1.2. You confirm your consent to receive information about Coral Club products and special offers, which may include the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

 

2. Conditions for changing the recommender:

2.1. A change of recommender is possible only after deactivation of your Club number and provided that none of your close relatives (parents; children; siblings) or your spouse will purchase Coral Club products within 12 calendar months.

2.2. After your Club number is deactivated, you may register again under a new recommender.

 

3. Conditions for distributing information about Coral Club products:

3.1. Candidates, Consumers, and Premium Consumers may not create websites either for promoting Coral Club products and concepts or for selling products. We recommend maintaining personal and business social media pages, providing personal recommendations, and promoting/purchasing products with your discount via messengers (groups, chats, channels).

3.2. It is prohibited to post information about the Company’s products on e-commerce platforms (marketplaces, online stores, classified ads websites, etc.) for the purpose of selling or reselling products.

3.3. It is prohibited to distribute false information about products, including attributing any medicinal properties to them. Coral Club products are dietary supplements, not medicinal products. Requirements for food information are regulated, among others, by EU and Italian legislation (e.g., Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, Legislative Decree No. 231/2017).

In case of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to block the Club number, depriving the right to place orders and purchase products at Club prices. These measures are applied in accordance with the applicable provisions of Italian civil law (including Articles 1453 and 1375 of the Codice Civile).

Brief information on personal data protection

During registration, your data (e.g., name, contact details, country, recommender information) is processed solely for the purpose of performance of the membership agreement in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For newsletters or promotional notifications, data processing is carried out only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 130 Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). Transparency for future purchases

Purchases made by Club Members through the website are governed by the rules on distance contracts in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), including provisions on the right of withdrawal (Art. 52 et seq.), exceptions (Art. 59), and refund deadlines (Art. 56). Coral Club adheres to the principles of transparency, fairness, and respect for consumer rights in accordance with European standards and ethical norms.
